Exhibitor Registration 

Exhibitors should not use the online registration system to register for the OSA Laser Congress. Instead, download the registration form (pdf) and return it by email, Fax or mail.

Exhibitor Housing

The OSA Laser Congress Management has made arrangements for a limited number of rooms at the meeting venue. Hotel reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Before making your selection, browse the list of hotels and accompanying rates.

Laser Safety

OSA, in our efforts to ensure a safe exhibition area, has prepared a brief set of guidelines for exhibitors. Each exhibitor is asked to review these guidelines prior to set-up. Note that a representative from the Laser Safety Office (LSO) will conduct inspections of all exhibits.
